We did our Public’s service and returned carts for Harris Teeter.  Grenade got a fun push across the lot.

JB had to modify given his ACL injury.  You got a great attitude about it.  that’ 90% of it!

We did a bit of a “tour de Cornelius” hitting the Police station of a Derkin Sandwich, on to Legion’s park where Tumbleweed “found some weeds.”  

A little work at the pavillion was followed up with some rock work at Ace Hardware, wall work at Habitat Restore and then a cut through behind the new vet clinic.  We stretched in the commuter parking lot, did some Wiley Coyote’s on the train tracks (pax railed me over this choice.  there, I did it again.)

We did some balance work and dips at the Barley Market and then a quick jaunt around the east side of Harris Teeter for some Mary.  (Homer to Marge, Suzanne Somers, dying cockroaches and some planks with form scrutiny free of charge.
