It was Chilly so it was good to have Chilly Willy with us. NOt sure what that means…
The pax put back all the HT shopping carts to the front to the store as part of our warmarama.
We settled over near Atrium (or is that Novant 🙂 and warmed up with SSH, donkey kicks, Merkins and slow squats.
We moseyed to Barley Market for dips, step ups, repeato. I explained that Charlie Dyer, aka, Closing Time, owned the establishment.
We went back to the Tool and Die shop in the back and did Windmills, WWII, CDD, Squates, WWII, stretch and I think more Merkins. We moseyed to the back of Atrium (or Novant?? 🙂 where we did some pretzels, Suzanne Somers and other stuff. As we recovered we found Jersey Boy trying to snuggle with Possum. It went down from there.
Further mosey cutting through the courtyard on the apartments en route Harris Teeter steps and then for some People’s chair, Praying Mantis, Balls to the wall, more People’s Chair.
Chilly led us in some Rosalitas and Greyhound gave us some W’s.
8 for 8 at Coffeteria.
Great workout. All I remember is the mosey and coffee, but then I am prone to wandering (mind and body)!
Great tour of Westside.
Thank you for the reminiscing about your old plant Hippie. 👍 You could sense it meant a lot to you 👊
Great workout, brother! Thanks for your awesome leadership, as always!
