– I posted in Hilton Head this weekend and the Q, Squid, led us in BOMBS in a Dora 1-2-3 type format.  On the beach.  It was a smoker.  So I adapted (here adapted means "Stole") the idea and modified it a bit for today.

– BOMBS Totals (in case you can't multiply by 5)

Burpees = 25

Overhead Claps = 50IC (these weren't too taxing – but started to feel them in rounds 4 and 5)

Mericans = 75

Big Boy/WW2 Sit-ups = 100

Squats = 125

– Welcome HUFFY – a spry 20-something who lived across the street from Stumpjumper for many years.  A lot of time on bikes – mainly mountain bikes = HUFFY

– HUFFY was one of two FNGs to post on Tuesday morning, and we had 2 FNGs at Sweatshop last night.  4 FNGs in one day.  Good stuff.  Keep it coming.

– Always an honor and blessing to be amongst you fine men.  Thanks for the opportunity to lead.  The great start to my day was made even more epic when Sirius Classic Rewind played "The Final Countdown" as I left the green.  I turned the volume up to 11 and sang at the top of my lungs.
