Moleskin

Today we discovered and administered the antidote for #soccerarms, which turned out to be sweat inducing, PAX quieting, breath shallowing hard work. And in typical fashion YHC smoked himself again.

The PAX did a great job pushing themselves to be better and the only BS calls came from ruckers (66, Jedi, Lego) as apparently YHC does not know the definition of "ruck friendly" even though running was kept to a minimum.

We were all winded after the first full set of arm work, so we took the opportunity for an Auto-called 10 count and got back to it. The goal was to push out more reps the second time around, but not sure that any pair achieved it as our arms were thoroughly smoked.

I was humbled to lead this hardworking no-nonsense PAX today. Thanks to Don Ho for bringing me out to my first post and to Jedi for allowing me to lead these great men at this awesome AO.

YHC,

Smokey
