We made quick work of hitting the boardwalk on Lake Norman and saw a beautiful sunrise. We hit pain stations at Walgreens, BEHIND the fountain (and had trouble getting to Catawba), then arm circles on a quiet road to the waterfront (sorry Frogger). Then a few more along the way (Elevation Church), then we did an Indian Run (oops, I said Indian) without Frogger and Hollywood who pushed forward without us.
Happily, we had 3.2 miles and LoneStar was even early today.
Good to learn more about Shadow and his Oswego tour of duty. I always try and talk a bit more of the guy I know a bit less. Thanks boys.
Good #BB Hippie. I agree. I brought the M to happy hour once and she told me all she learned. Then said “you’ve worked out with these guys 10+ years and you didn’t know that?” Gut check moment. I’ve been trying to focus on learning more and developing relationships with pax I don’t know as well. Its tough to do, but so worth it.
