Cross the road to the Main Street the sidewalk.

The Thang

Begin ‘Merkin by Streetlight series. At each light do threesome and run to the next:

-Diamond ‘Merkins

-Merkins

-Wide arm ‘Merkins

Cross the street to the other sidewalk. At each light do a burpee.

Once we went up one side and down the other, we went to the Old Town Public House Beer Garden where we did:

-Dips x15 (30 IC)

-Praying Mantis x20 (40 IC)

MJ once asked, “Who will dance on the floor in the round?”, so YHC decided to modify this notion.  Each Pax would do 15 MH in the round (on stage) as all other Pax ran circle laps around the stage until each got a turn. It worked beautifully, and all Pax had great form.

Mosey to the Arts Center for a Round of Dora (partner up):

-300 LBC’s while partner runs a lap up and down the hill

-200 Squats while partner runs a lap up and down the hill

-100 WWII while partner runs a lap up and down the hill

Mosey back to base

Moleskin:

All Pax took care of business today. We got in 1.9 Miles and plenty of ‘Merkins and Core. Gnarly Goat, Thug, Fast Pitch, Jersey Boy, Yoda, and The Natural (FNG-1) were all in beast mode today. No complaining, just straight up getting it done. It’s always great to start the day off right with F3 brothers.

-March 29th 8-noon (7am workout)-Possum is seeking volunteers for the Annual Smithville Community Garden/Park Refresh (spreading mulch and other manual labor typically on a Saturday morning). A shovel and strong back is all that’s needed.

-Signups begin soon for “F3 Pickle for Hope”, a four week pickleball doubles spring challenge with benefits going to our friends at Hope House! Tentative launch is the 4 weeks of April, teams will schedule matches among themselves so there are no fixed dates. Play as many matches as you’re able during the 4 weeks. Pick a partner now, signup with a $50 entry fee for each team. More details coming soon.

-Drebin is rescheduling the F3 western NC volunteer trip due to the weather that hit this past weekend. A later date will be scheduled in April. Please DM Drebin if you are interested. And he will add you to the communication thread.

-May 17-11am start.  Rucking to 5-6 breweries.  Bring a ruck or don’t-probably do 5-6 miles.

-May 23-Dragonboat Ramsey Creek Race.
