I am super proud of the 14 PAX today. Not only did we crush a workout, we raised almost $400 for Operation Sweet Tooth.

THE THANG
We got the bright idea that suicides sounded like fun, so…
Round 1: weights
- Run to the penalty box
- 5 curls
- Run to the end line 1 blockey with CBs weights
- Run to half field
- 10 curls
- Run to the end line, 1 blockey
- Run to opposite penalty box
- 15 curls
- run back to end line, 1 blockey
- run to the opposite end line
- 20 Curls
- run back to the starting line, 1 blockey
Round 2: No weights
- same process except we did burpees at each linegoing from 2 at the first penalty box to 8 at the opposite end line
Round 3: weights
- same process but we did escalating skull crushers and lunge walks at each stop
and then we gave the PAX the option. Raise $200 for Operation Sweet Child and do a half set or do a full set. The PAX quickly volunteered money, so we did a half suicide with Merkins. And then, not only did the PAX raise the $200, we left NY bagels with $375.
then we played frisbee for 20 minutes.
800 calories burned, but more importantly, we raised money for a good cause.
