5 of us hit it hard the sword where we literally rolled the dice (of pain). And we did avoid the rain due to the exceptional AO the Sword is.
We warmed up, ran a lap, grabbed a rock and rolled the dice of pain every 5 minutes where we did 2 exercises (1 with rock and 1 body weight) and the amount of reps the dice proclaimed on the roll. We did the normal fair of activities we do with rocks in between. The end result was rubbery arms and sore legs but well worth effort as we are better men for it.
