We would’ve done MHs, but YHC feared traffic onlooker delays and accidents, so he just stuck to the basics. We care too much to let that happen. After No Rope was apprehended, we launched (again) down Birkdale Parkway to Birkdale Clubhouse, then into the Birkdale residential property, back up to Birkdale Parkway, and back to base camp.

3.2M w/ 3 pain station stops along the way equating to a total of:

-60 Merkins

-90 LBCs

-120 squats

-WWIIs OYO while waiting for the 6

There is no better way to start the day with a group of HIM Hard Chargers in the gloom. Cubicle, Soprano, Airstream, Omega, and No Rope did ~3.2 and the pain stations with ease. YHC’s testosterone level increased just by being in this group. These next level Pax were ready to get at it upon launch. The 6 even kept up without too much shame. YHC thanks Soprano for the “check-in”. Now go crush your day gents!

COT/Prayer/Announcements:

-March 22-Register The Operation Sweet Tooth 6th Annual Christina Latini Memorial 8K and 2 Mile Walk.

-March 29th 8-noon (7am workout)-Possum is seeking volunteers for the Annual Smithville Community Garden/Park Refresh (spreading mulch and other manual labor typically on a Saturday morning). A shovel and strong back is all that’s needed.

-Drebin is rescheduling the F3 western NC volunteer trip due to the weather that hit this past weekend. A later date will be scheduled in early March. Please DM Drebin if you are interested. And he will add you to the communication thread.

-Possum is forming a 2025 Hope House Team to help with an annual fundraising event and many other service projects. Details coming soon.
