Two of the bravest and toughest men in all of F3, Cobra and Bob Ross, joined me for the monthly running of Samson Suicides. To quote Cobra, “I don’t want to wake up at 5:00 in the morning to be mildly inconvenienced.”

In addition to the blockees each round, we also did pull-ups, lunges, merkins, and squats. We ran out of time for round five because the satanic hard rock music playing, but the devil didn’t keep us from completing a modified version of round five Mary (hitting each island as we headed back to launch) which consisted of 5 WW2’s OYO, 10 box-cutters IC, 15 supermans, 20 LBC’s OYO, and 25 low flutters IC.

To satisfy Cobra, I tried to make the workout a tough one, but thanks to Hasselhoff, the Samson Suicides make a tough workout design pretty easy. Thanks to Cobra and Bob Ross for showing up, working hard, and for the support.
I guess MQ Hasselhoff got lost on his way this morning, but that’s probably a good thing considering all of the Strikers Soccer talk that occurred. Regardless, thanks for letting me take the Q this morning.
