“Weak Legs” Virgin Q


We started our warm up exercises the windmill X10 followed by IST X10, SSH X10, Cotton pickers x10, finished with a set of good Ole Mercins X10. 

Now the blood is flowing we moseyed down to the picknick tables where the true Noodle Legging  begins . The workout, Aiken Legs, consisted of four exercises: 20 squats, 20 box jumps, 20  split lunges each leg finishing it off with 20 Bonie Blair's each leg. Once finished, you would repeato x5. After main workout we gathered around and did a set of 15 "Air Squared". Then on to Hummer': favorite workout the *clears throat* Baryshnikov. 

Once all is finished we mosied back to the COT and preformed a musical workout. The song you ask? Bodies by drowning pool. (Every time they count you merkin, now to finish it off with Mary.
