SSH, IST, Cotton Pickers, and Windmill each followed by a short lap around the lower dry level of the parking deck.
Pain: Merkins, Squats, LBCs + "weather check" lap around Birkdale Village past DSG, movies, VIctoria's Secret and back to Sbux.

Great 2ndF discussion with Omega with good dose of accountability to post in this weather. YHC has Q'dfor 30+ and only 2. There are priceless benefits to both.
