Threat of rain again this morning so we agreed on indoor option (Q's garage) to move some metal. Not a drop this morning….good work weathermen.

- Bench Press – lots of different weights thrown around today from 135 to 215 for varying #'s of reps
- Dumbell Flies with low flutter – 30 to 40 lbs dumbells
- Dips on Power Tower
- Abs on Power Tower – choose your own adventure
- Skull Crushers – 35 lb kettle bell
- Abs with 35 lb kettle bell or 15 lb dumbells – dealer's choice
1 – 1.5 mile run after the lift. 2 of the 4 ran to the workout so got some extra mileage.

- ?911 stopped by on his bike early looking for Surf. Wanted to talk about waking up in the middle of the night. We did some strategizing on defending our team triathalon title in the upcoming Overlook Tri. Thanks to Natty for organizing……looking forward to it.
- Always be careful while riding a bike in the hood especially when it involves supper club.
