8 men partook in intentional discussion and unburdening on a pleasantly cool morning at Summit Birkdale Landing patio.
As always, we started with a couple of the basic tenets of Toby Talks: confidentiality and to give advice only if specifically requested.
Some personal struggles was shared. Also, the idea of identifying your "why" was discussed. Do our dialy habits align with our "why"? A key outcome of that discussion was a collective agreement to throw away our mobile phones (I'm kidding). More seriously, the daily connections we make with our loved ones are more vastly important than any instant gratification "ding" that comes from our mobile phone.
