Warmorama:

Run in place with IST movement, Cherry Pickers, Windmills, 

Run 1/2 mile

The Thang:

4 rounds of the following set with 15 reps of each exercise:

  1.  Curls – 25lb dumbbells
  2.  Bent over flys –  15lb dumbbells
  3.  Lateral raises – 10lb dumbbells
  4.  Deadlifts – 55lb kettlebell
  5.  Squat Jumps – 45lb kettlebell
  6.  Bench press/ crush – 35lb kettlebell

After second set, pax ran around the parking lot

After 3rd set, pax ran around parking lot

After 4th set, pax ran 1/2 mile

Moleskin:

  • Tool Time is getting buff for his wedding date March 9.
  • Pax gave Tool Time some wedding advice today, getting him ready for the big date! 
  • Tool Time and Ozzie are definitely getting stronger and being very consistent in their workouts.
  • Pax ran over a mile today in addition to lifting some heavy metal. 
  • Pax needs to find a local veterinarian because their pythons are getting sick!
