Run in place with IST movement, Cherry Pickers, Windmills,
Run 1/2 mile
The Thang:
4 rounds of the following set with 15 reps of each exercise:
- Curls – 25lb dumbbells
- Bent over flys – 15lb dumbbells
- Lateral raises – 10lb dumbbells
- Deadlifts – 55lb kettlebell
- Squat Jumps – 45lb kettlebell
- Bench press/ crush – 35lb kettlebell
After second set, pax ran around the parking lot
After 3rd set, pax ran around parking lot
After 4th set, pax ran 1/2 mile
