3 Rounds of:
- Weighted bucket – short lap around 2 islands, Appollo Onyho’s
- Round 1: 60lb sandbag, 20 AOs
- Round 2: 60lb sandbag & 30lb paver, 15 AOs
- Round 3: 60lb sandbag & 2 30lb pavers, 10 AOs
- Round 4: 60lb sandbag & 2 30 lb pavers & 2 5lb bricks
- 35 lb kettlebell: kb swings, 8 count body-builders
- 45 lb weight: chest presses, skull crushers
- 2 30 lb dumbbells or 45 lb weight: squats/shoulder press
- 50 lb curl bar: curls/ upright lap pulls
Round 4:
- 60lb sandbag & 2 30 lb pavers & 2 5lb bricks – short lap around the island
- Everyone else did Mary:Low flutters/WW2 situps/Commish LBC/Box cutters/plank
