Moleskine

  • Whole lotta running today. Doubt other IPC workouts work in this much mileage. Simple, but effective.
  • Good to see so many pax out there – including guys who haven't been coming out very long. Y'all killed it and definitely got stronger.
  • Swing State absolutely crushed it. The Nantan led us in more ways than one today.
  • Doing 100 push ups with only and 800M run as break before knocking out 75 more was soul-crushing.
