3 men originally showed at the beginning of the workout, and then there was a 4th!

Warmarama:

SSH x 25IC,  WM x 15IC, CP x 15IC, TS x 15IC, IST x 15IC, Mountain Climbers x 15IC, Merkins x 10IC

The Thang:

7 stations, 2 exercises each station.

  1.  Bench / Skull – 35lb kettlebells
  2.  Step Up/ Squats – 40 or 60lb sandbag
  3.  Clean Press/ Bent Row – 30lb kettlebells
  4.  Tri kickbacks/ Jabs – 15lb dumbbells
  5.  Ball Fly/ Curls – 25lb dumbbells
  6.  Side to Front Raise/ Scaption- 10lb dumbbells
  7.  Curl,Press,Crush/ Deadlift Row – 45 or 55lb kettlebell

First round, pax did 45 secs of each exercise followed by 20 secs rest at all of the stations

Next round, pax did 30 secs of each exercise followed by 15 secs rest at all stations

Last round, pax did 5 reps of each exercise at all stations

Moleskin:

  • Just as pax was finishing warming up, Natty comes burning into the parking lot.  He just woke up but came anyway, ready to go!  T claps to Natty for coming.
  • Tool Time does a great Mike Tyson impression, impressive.
  • Surf got his new vest in, sweet, pax were admiring his new purchase.
