Thang:
8 stations that the Pax rotated through over the next 35 minutes
- 1 – ISW 20 (Entrance to Parking Lot)
- 2 – Burpees 10 (Top of hill)
- 3 – Block Curls 20 (Top of parking lot)
- 4 – Wooly Worms 20
- 5 – Hanging Toe Touches 10
- 6 – Mericans on Parallel bars
- 7 – Hip Flexor exercise with resistance band (sidewalk)
- 8 – Block Twist 20 (Bottom of parking lot)
Mosey to all exercises unless you are in parking lot. While in parking lot – bear crawl, crawl bear, crab walk…what ever you please as long as you have 4 points of contact.
