Partner up – a little confusion on how many pavers but worked itself out!

Switching off with your Partner;

200 Overhead Press  Chest Press

200 Bent Over Row

200 Skull Crushers

Partner runs to end of parking lot and alternates between 10 Merkins and 10 Squats OYO

Next up;

Mosey to Pull-up bars;

5 Pull-ups 1 Burpee run to Wall 20 OYO sitting air presses

4 Pull-up 2 Burppes run to Wall 20 OYO sitting air presses
Continue routine; 3-3, 2-4, 1-5…. 

Brisk mosey back to DUMC;
