With the HHers doing their thing, 8 Pax took to the weight room at The Estate for a full body beatdown. It went a little something like this.
WARMORAMA:
Full lap around parking lot, with some carioca, high knees, butt kickers and quadraphelia.
Circle up for some SSH, IST, Toy Soldier, Dwight Schrute, Windmill, Slow Deep squats, Slow deep 'Mericans (all x10 IC).
The THANG:
Quick stop by Carpetbagger's truck to grab some weights (2 weights per PAX), 25 ro 35 lb options.
We farmer carried the weights over to the new turf fields and lined up on the endline.
Started with an excercise at the end line, then travel with weights (alternate farmer carry and zamporini) to the designated line and back.
– Squats -> Farmer Carry to 18box.
– Squat curls -> Zamporini to 18 box
– Squat+curl+press (6 count) -> farmer carry to halfway between 18 box and midfield
– Squat+curl+press+skull crush (8-count BB's) -> Zamoporini to same line
repeato back down the ladder, extending to midfield and back.
With that ladder completed we switched the exercises up:
– Curls -> Lunge Walk to box, quadraphelia back.
– Dead lift -> Lunge walk to box, quadraphelia back
– Repeato x2
We did some additional running + mericans + jump squats with a few sprints to finish off.
MARY
PAX circled up around midfield for some PAX choice mary, excercises included WWII sit ups, oblique crunches, crazy ivans, russian twists, jane fondas and of course Shoulder Touch 'Mericans.

– PAX Prince joined us as well (name wasn't in the roster above).
– Thanks Carpetbagger for supplying the weights.
– Smaller crowd with the HHers doing their thing, but that just meant more weights for the rest of us!
– The Q was very open to the whims of the PAX today. Luckily the majority of the requests ramped up the difficulty which made it easy for the Q to oblige.
– YHC is greatful my lawn doesn't need mowing today as my legs are SHOT!
