After a week of eating too much food and drinking too much good bourbon, YHC decided to take back the keys and give it a go. There may or may not have been a lack of preparation. This is how it went down:

Moleskin:
- It felt good to be out there again after a week of just being lazy. I paid the price today.
- Sprints were fun. I believe Goodell, Hurdle, and YHC managed to win the heats. Then Cheez Whiz came out of nowhere. Sandbager
- Shambala got shin splints. Chief was IMA and thankfully no massages were deployed.
- On a personal note, today marks a special day for me. After 11 years with my currently employer, today is my last day and I embark on a new journey with a new company. I do not believe in coincidences. All of this happened because almost two years ago, a stranger extended an invitation to try out F3. That stranger is now a good friend. F3 became a integral part of my life, and without F3, I do not believe I would have had the opportunity to take this next step. If you surround yourself with a good, strong support system, God will take care of the rest.
