7 of the finest Pax in LKN posted for a #Hollywood version of “stay dry in the wet, wet gloom”

A quick disclaimer followed a short mosey around the lot and a loading of 1 block per Pax.

We circled under cover in front of Barnes & Noble. Apparently they sell books there?

We did the warm-o-Rama thing:

SSH, IST, Slow Windmill, Slow Squat, Slow ‘Merican, LBC

Then:

Block swings

Block curls

Block squats

Block ‘Mericans

Block sit-ups

Mosey to the parking ramp for a Jacob’s ladder: we went backward to the top, 7 burpees, forward around and down for 1 jump-squat and 1 ‘Merican.  Repeat for 6,5,4,3,2,1….2,3,4,5,6,7 You know the drill

Upon completion we did a little Peoples Chair thanks to Bagboy, then moseyed back to our blocks for:

Block Swings

Block Curls

Block Squats

Block ‘Mericans

Block Bent-over rows

Block sit-ups

We returned the blocks and moseyed back for a mobility moment and a little MARY

Summary Moleskin:

1. After Bagboy complained and complained and complained about some perceived slight regarding a certain garment worn today by Hippie, he then rebuffed YHC’s efforts to make this perceived wrong, right.  Maybe next time, Bro.

2. Holiday opted for a respite in the middle of the Jacob’s Ladder to flirt with the security lady.  (He’s a Lady’s Man from way back in the day.) She was impressed that he works out with blocks, but also wanted to make sure they weren’t going to end up breaking the glass at Barnes & Noble.

3. Little Professor showed off this morning by smoking the rest of us on the ladder.  Well, Hippie and Bagboy kept up pretty well, TBH. But LP was just being generous.

4. Hippie was voted best dressed today.  Just like in High School.

5. In an effort to avoid working out, Jersey Boy tried to run over Deep Dish upon arrival.  DD was too quick for him.  His glory days flashed before all of our eyes.
