-Backward lap around the parking lot

-Mosey to block pile for a block

-Return to pull up bar with block

 

*10 Pull Ups/Take a lap

*Curls (5 More)/Take a lap

*10 Hanging Knee raises/Take a Lap

*Blurpees (5 more)/Take a Lap

*Skull Crushers (5 more)/Take a Lap

*Squat Thrusters (5 more)/Take a Lap

 

Ultimate Frisbee

MOLESKIN

-Sun was plentiful this morning. Some pax sought relief in the shade.

-Backwards lap was a fan favorite.

-Only 1 Block to spare. With mustang growing we may need more blocks added to the pile.

-5 More became chaotic as a certain pax called 5 more 5 times in a row.

-Field was wet so were everybody’s shoes by the end of the workout.

-Apparently, I don’t know all the rules to ultimate. Oh well. It was fun and covered some more mileage.
