I was humbled and overwhelmed when I got the group to circle up. That is exactly why I’ve been a part of F# for 10 years, the support we willingly show for each other.

We headed to DUMC for warmup which included 5 Merkins. Then we grabbed pavers for the as-promised routine, Paverpolooza.  I had to go back to the beginning. one of my first workouts, P-Diddy was the Q and he put as through a nonstop workout of pavers…I couldn’t straighten my arms out the next day. It was that moment when I knew I’d be back.

Curls, overhead presses, upright rows, and chest presses. Starting with 10, down to 6, and then back up to 10. We ran in between each round. I got heckled for some shoulder work so we did overhead presses (5 and then 5 more). I did throw in 1merkin before we headed back to The Green.

I appreciate everyone who posted this morning and loved the mumblechatter.
