8 showed up for some great T-shirt weather School Bellz. Then two more strole in with plenty of time from the standard before Bellz (Crawdad and Hefty)
Warm-up
- SSH 20 IC
- Monkey Humpers 20 IC
- Storm Troopers 10 IC
The Thang
Cary all the Bellz to the front of the school and circle.
Each Pax picks a card and YHC assigns a Bell to the workout on the card. The timer is the only PAX member who doesn't have a Bell. That member does 10 burpees while the rest of the PAX does the exercise on the card. Once the timer is complete he rolls the first die to determine which direction the group rotates to the next exercise. Then the timer rolls the second die to determine how many spots they move.
The exercises that the PAX picked on the card:
- Skull Crushers
- Side Winders
- 1 Clean & Snatch
- Squats
- Burpees (the timer)
- Upright Flies
- Overhead Press
- Deadlift
- Forearm Curls
- Alan Iversons
Rotated for around 35 minutes and we all went to the only exercise that we haven't been to. Except for Ziploc took one for the team and did Burpees for the 4th time with the Ruck Sack.
Brought all the Bellz back to the launch pad

Reflection
The workout was by chance. From picking the card with the exercises to rolling the dice for the direction and number of times moving. Our Salvation is not by chance. There is only 1 way to Heaven and that is through Christ.

Mumble Chatter
There was a lot of good mumble chatter. It was so good that it seemed that it happened over and over again. Kinda like Deja Vu, or Ground Hogs.
I love to see you guys early in the gloom. How do people get through the day without a bunch of wise guys in the morning?
