What happens when the Q forgets that he is leading a workout and it rains? A SurpriseD workout at the SworD happens, that's what.
Here's what we did:
We moseyed around the parking lot to warm up. When it started to rain, we headed over to the pavilion. We came out after a few calisthenics: SSH, IST, Windmills, Long Snapper, Mountain Climbers, and Merkins.
Since the rain hadn't subsided, we continued moving forward performing other body weight exercises: Squats, Lunges, Dips, Dying Cockroach, and Pillow Talk. We went through 2 rounds of that changing the exercises up slightly.
The rain subsided, so we headed back out, moseying around the parking lot, stopping at the benches. There we performed some Step Ups and Dips.
To keep things interesting, we then headed over to the pull-up bars where we performed 10 Pull-Ups, Squats, and Lunges; we then headed back to the benches.
At the benches we did more Step Ups, Decline Merkins, and Dips. As quick as we arrived, we headed back to the pull-up bars for another set of !0 Pull-Ups, Squats, Lunges, and Merkins.
Back to the pavilion we went for Mary and stretching: LBC, Pillow talk, Merkins, and Pigeon.
As a side note, the majority of the time we stayed dry. And it goes without saying, there weren't any complaints from the PAX when we went under shelter when it started to rain. Regardless, it was a great full body workout.
