3 hearty souls met at an icy parking lot in Sailview for a quick Science lesson.  Guess Sailview hasn't paid their utility bill this month.  

Warmup:

Head to the back and pick out a block.  Today's workout was based on the Fibonacci Sequence.  Metro and Mater never figured out the pattern…blamed the cold.

  • Mater got the history lesson on F3 in Denver.  Metro and I realized he probably has as many post this year as we do since inception in 2012.  Mater is a beast!
