Last Halloween's Ghost Q is still proving to be a smashing success. Dudes keep showing up to my Fartlek Qs cause they just want to know one thing: Will Popcorn ghost us?
Well I got their hopes up this morning by showing up at 0530 on the dot. After that run, I think Jaws wishes I actually did ghost.
10 of us headed to the traffic circle (Jorel rolled in 1 minute late and was rewarded with some other route that he made up himself). Alright gents, here's the real workout.
3X around hardcore hill loop. Plenty of time left! Over to Harvington hill loop for 2X. Plenty of time left! One more hardcore hill loop. Back to launch point.

- Jaws crushed this run in between cursing me. Well done.
- Hotbox is back from injury. He's been to like 5 AOs since last Tuesday. Keep it up brother!
- I didn't hear Frogger say "Tesla" once. Is he ok?
- Die Hard and Ultraman liked my joke. How do you tell which end of the worm is the head? You tickle it in the middle and see which end laughs. There's also a corollary to that joke that involves Mexican food, but you get the idea.
