Q then walked to the back of his car and showed a delightful array of bricks to choose from. One of the PAX was nursing a sore back, so he skipped the bricks.
Main Event: Three corners of the AO had pain stations assigned. We ran with bricks between these. Did the circuit five times. Overall, logged 2 miles.

- PAX felt cheated since they expected a run and not a brick workout, but they got their money's worth of bricks to last a few weeks.
- You can tell Narcos Mexico is out since every time a plane flew by, PAX thought it was full of drugs
- Prayers for Surf's mother-in-law, who is battling through cancer.
