Beatdown
PAX were instructed to a modified Indian run with various moving exercises in “SQUARE” while the PAX at the back goes to the middle to do an exercise and then move to front of the line. Here are the exercise groups
- Bear Crawl – 10 merkins
- caraoca right – 10 right leg lunges
- Caraoca left – 10 left leg lunges
- Quadraphillia – 20 squats
Mosey to block pile
- butt kickers – 20 curls
- high knees – 20 shoulder presses
- bunny hops – 20 skull crushers
- mosey – 20 bent over rows
Its now only 7:30am – YHC thought there would be more people and that this would have taken full hour so we mosey back to tennis court to start over. However, there is a Rubber Duck so we decide to take turns throwing the duck and doing exercises

- Lots of grumbling over this one – I’ll take that as a compliment
- Sonar debated whether it was cold enough to keep his hoody on. I recommended that he doesn’t, so he didn’t. He still hasn’t thanked me
- Diesel didn’t get enough bear crawl so he has us racoon crawl downhill. Bravo sir
- C# ridiculed YHC because the arm circles were counted. So next exercise was 30 Grady Corns and he ridiculed no more.
