Well first and foremost the Q showed up late so toxic did the Warma Ramma
The Q also had to stretch himself out a bit due to some soreness.
The Thang:
Q had setup some cones around 10 Yards apart (this later would be moved further apart as certain Pax (*cough Toxic) would complain that they are too close for him).
First round
Pax Farmers Carry two blocks to the first cone
Perform 12 Thrusters
Carry to second cone
Peform 12 Block Rows
and Farmers Carry Back
Second Round
Pax Lunge with a brick to the first cone.
Peform 12 burpees
Perform 15 Merican
Lunge back to the start
Round three
Pax BearCrawl to first cone
Perform 12 Peter Parkers
Perform 15 Flutter Kicks
BearCrawl Back to start.
Pax peformed two sets of these round and then moseyed back to launch for 12 minute 12 rep abs
Pretty short and sweet way to end the workout
