What to do when asked to Q Cauldron last minute.  Of course!  The parking deck of pain!

Little warmup then begin.  

17 parking lines going up one level.

At each line increase rep count by 1 starting with 1 rep at first line going to 17.  We ended up doing 153 total reps of each exercise.

Exercises 

Curl

Squat

Skull crusher

Calf raises

Over head press

BRO or Manzier 

We did a little running and stretching in between sets.

Finished with a little Mary then called it a morning.
