4 PAX braced the heat and humidity at Bailey Road Park. This Q is brand new to the AO, and had absolutely no preschedule. It was all on the fly. Somehow, ALL PAX got a complete workout in??? 🤷🏼♂️
Primo and Iceberg were on time, gathered in the parking lot because the Q took a left on Old Statesville and drove towards Davidson… Ugh. Sorry guys. Cubicle arrived shortly after 7am.

Mosey to the fence for Christian McCaffrey calf raises, stair work. PAX divided into 2 groups, 1 group on top flight of stairs while 2nd group at bottom flight of stairs. Each group did 2 squats at top of their stairs flight then descend to their bottom flight for 2 inclined Mericans and the build reps up to 5, the decline back to 2 reps. Groups then flip flop flights of stairs
Mosey to the hill for full sprint up the entire hill, no pause
Mosey to playground for leg assisted pullups OEO (On Everyone’s Own)
Recover, Recover
No Announcements, No Prayer requests so prayer was for Thanksgiving and Kotters
Much mumble chatter before, during and post workout. With smaller PAX numbers it allows for more individual opportunity for getting to know one another better. One such conversation (hence the title) was a question about the AO. Was it once called simply Bailey Road Park?
Yup. For 10 years it was just Bailey Road Park—the only AO without a nickname. Possum (I think) spearheaded the name change with Bedrock representing the BR of Bailey Road and also the fact that it was the first proper AO in the region.
