Mosey to the back and do 10 pull-ups
grab 2 or 3 blocks as a group and mosey back to the LP
4 stations so we each get a turn
1- Side shuffle with the black band to the end of the parking lot and back
2- Waddle walk with the blue band to the end of the parking lot and back
3- Overhead press
4- Curls for the girls
Mosey to make sure Skipper's house is okay
Repeato the 4 stations
Mosey to make sure the other end of Skipper's road is okay
Return the blocks to the back

Crabby has a good sheet rocker. Super fast. He also kept breaking the rubber (band) this morning. He is to rough.
Strudel is feeling the repercussions of being a runner. The bootcamps are making him sore again. Rumor has it the stairs maybe in the future.
