The Thang

Mosey to the back and do 10 pull-ups 

grab 2 or 3 blocks as a group and mosey back to the LP

4 stations so we each get a turn

1- Side shuffle with the black band to the end of the parking lot and back

2- Waddle walk with the blue band to the end of the parking lot and back

3- Overhead press

4- Curls for the girls

Mosey to make sure Skipper's house is okay

Repeato the 4 stations

Mosey to make sure the other end of Skipper's road is okay

Return the blocks to the back 

10 Pull-ups just cause

Since baseball season is heating up let's go around the horn twice 

1st round 

Dirt – Freddy Mercury's 15 IC

Strudel- Jane Fonda's 10 each leg IC

Crabby Patty- Slow leg lifts 10 IC

YHC- Scissor crunches 10 IC each leg

2nd Round

Dirt- The basic LBC 10 IC 

Strudel- Oblique Crunches 10 IC each side

Crabby Patty- 20 WWI OYO in honor of the Dandy

Mater- Low Plank Peter Parkers 10 IC

Crabby has a good sheet rocker. Super fast. He also kept breaking the rubber (band) this morning. He is to rough.

Strudel is feeling the repercussions of being a runner. The bootcamps are making him sore again. Rumor has it the stairs maybe in the future. 

Dirt has posted everyday this week. We may not see him tomorrow. 

We voted.  We miss quadfectas.
