If we're being completely honest we're all a little fragile. That's why we all complain when we see Cherry Bomb or Mr Holland queueing, knowing the workout is tailored for 20 something's with lots of time to workout. But ultimately, we suck it up, put some vagasil on our sore knees and do the workout.
But every once in a while, we get a PAX who will remain nameless (but was named for a 2000s boy band and is 5'2") that shows up late for his Q, complains about how hard it was to coach 5 year girls soccer the night before, and forgot his vagasil to help his ailing knees recover. Today was on of those days. So we modified the Q and workout to accommodate.
