When your BRR friends meet your Rucker Friends…


 

Pax not in the system: Mashmellow, Kevin Slicker FNG 1st Post, Bianary,

The Thang:                                                   

  • Mosey up the stair to the top of the deck: 20 SSH, 15 Windmills

  • Mosey down a level stopping on each level for the following: 15 squats, 15, Dry Docks, 15 Carrot Pullers, 10 Cliff Hangers, 15 Mountain Climbers

  • Once we hit bottom we added peoples chair with airpress, hold it my few friends, then balls to the wall

  • Back up the stairs to the top 10 Burpees & 10 Merkins with some planking then down the deck stopping on each level and repeato while dropping 2 from each set.

  • Mosey to the tennis courts and partner up for 100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBCs note the running partner adds or drops one court each time out to vary the amount of reps each partner does at one time.

  • Short break for Yoga while everyone recovers then a Mosey back to the deck in time for Mary

  • Mary: Flutter not low or high just flutter, W’s about 20 of them, then Crunchy Frog, followed by J-Low and the grand finale was the Pickle Pounder performed by JR.

Moleskin:

  • Thank you to Tweetsie for having me and getting the pre-blast out, he didn’t realize I was trying to slide in quietly to avoid the Ruckers.

  • Good learning that Cliff Hangers should only be performed in certain spots on the deck

  • Learning’s for the PAX:

    • Don’t mess with Dingo, the Crunchy Frog muscles are strong in that one,

    • DonHo is good at the J-Low but a little shy about it.

    • Finally nobody and I mean nobody Pounds the Pickle like Jolly Roger, he is also no slacker at the Carrot Puller either.
