The Thang part 1:
• Run to the far corner behind HT, 30 LBCs
• Run back, add 25 Merkins
• Run back to the far corner, add 15 WW2s
• Run back, add 10 lunges (each leg)
• Run back to the far corner add 5 burpees
• Run back, subtract 30 LBCs
• Keeping going until you have subtracted all exercises
• Wait for Jersey Boy/Blackbeard
 
The Thang part 2:
• Mosey to Mt. Zion (Except for one Refusenick)
• Up and down the front steps x 5: 30 LBCs
• Repeato, add 25 merkins
• Repeato, add 15 WW2s
• Mosey back to HT parking lot
