Dragon Slayer’s new location certainly caused confusion. Where to park was indeed debated! 

Warm up:

100 yard alternated lunge walks w/ 10 mnt climbers every 5th lunge 

Mosey to the wet field for kettle bell work

10 shoulder presses each arm = 20

10 rows each arm = 20

10 half bell swings

10 gobblet squats 

10 ‘mericans 

20 mnt climbers 

5 rounds of work for 450 total reps

Back to the parking lot for some suicides…

Run to each island x3 + 10 air squats at finish line

Circle up for around the horn YCI’s..(You Call It)

J’Lo’s, planks, crunchy frogs, low flutters etc…

The wrap Up + COT

Love the new AO…lots of ground to cover although we stayed in the parking lot and field. Two parking lots can be a little confusing especially since the GPS can send you to either. Both Hippie and Jersey Boy can attest. Really awesome effort by the pax on the 450 reps with the bell..we are better for it! Great seeing everyone! Appreciate the opportunity to Q!
