- FNG-1 is Conqueror who has been making most workouts since starting last week (all but 1). Solid work man. Keep it up and good to have you out with us.
- Surf and Turf asking for more Abs today. Something about impressing his buddies on an upcoming guys beach trip. Will leave that math up to you all.
- EC for Pinky. Ran to and from the workout and put in a solid effort with no complaining as usual.
- 911 continued to give Q a hard time about my accounting skills. I'm trying man. COVID brain is a real thing.
- Conqueror has lived all over the world and spent some time working in a mine in 140 degree heat. So today wasn't really that hot for him.
