THE THANG
Circuit consists of a lap (sort of) around the parking lot and part of the practice field with pain stations along the way. The normal route through the practice field was being water-bombed by sprinklers YHC had never noticed before (how long have they been there??) so we adapted and overcame.
- Quadraphelia up the chute
- Karaoke to the next chute, switch between right and left halfway
- Run down the chute to the sidewalk
- Drop for 10 LBCs
- Run to the tables in front of the gym
- 20 dips
- Run to the down-under bars for, you guessed it, down-unders (10)
- Run back toward the launch pad and bear-crawl up the steps
- Lather, rinse, repeat – as necessary until it’s time for…

- As usual, this workout was scalable. It has to be if Sonar’s gonna Q it. If you didn’t get your work in – you weren’t trying hard enough. #YouAgainstYou
- Great efforts by everyone (as far as I could see – I got passed… a lot)
- Crabby and Dr. Dolittle were smokin’ and making YHC feel like he was standing still.
