Some Pax had the day off today. Rather than FS the workout, they simply started later. This is what unfolded as we searched for Frogger:

Rocks back and mosey down Travolta Hill with a quick pit stop to make sure Travolta's rain removing ability was functioning on his car
10 – Incline merkin with a side high five to each Pax on the right & left
Mosey to the park and bridge
Bear crawl over & crawl bear back
Side crawl over Right & side crawl back left
10 – Planking Skull Crusher on swings IC
10 – Pike Up on Swings IC
10 – Hanging toes to the bar
10 – Swinging merkins
10 – Dips
15 – Step ups Right
15 – Step ups Left
Mosey back to the rock pile
25 – Chest Press IC
Core pusher – legs up in the air holding a rock while you crunch and try to push the rock while resisting with the legs – it burns
Rocks back and mosey to Queens Corners

Winter returned and we focused on maintaining movement to stay warm – we covered 1.75 miles of the AO's famous landmarks – WF Playground, QC, Rock Pile, Travolta Hill, Hidden playground and troll bridge…

Toxic got a solid beatdown in complete with running, before a day of trying to keep his puppy from jumping around and being overly active and ripping out his stiches after being on house arrest (the puppy's words, not mine) post-op
Diehard scheduled an early meeting with his Doc post race, so we had to keep the workout to 45 mins. In hindsight, probably a good thing.
Finally, we searched all over and never found Frogger. I received a text as i was writing this BB and found out why…
