Yours truly sent a preblast out late yesterday that Java would launch out of Summit. And of course, 2 quick runners (Hippie and Norope) didn't read it and still went to Starbucks. So we ended up with 2 Java's this morning!
YHC, Riverboat and Stromboli did show up at Summit.

Run up Birkdale commons to path over to David Kenney Farm Rd for first pain station. 30 merkins, 15 LBCs
Run up David Kenney to the Montessori School for pain station 2. 30 widemerkins, 15 Rosalitas
Discussion on how to head back since we were halfway finished. Stromboli took the lead through his hood down Norman View and Brentfield to Birkdale Commons with a resting spot at the path again for pain station 3. We commensed with 20 Merkins. As we laid on our 6 for the mary sure enough the sprinklers spring into action clear over Stromboli!
So we commensed back to Homebase now at Summit with a lap around to the parking lot to get our 3.1 miles (who is chasing a number???)

I did validate via Strava that Hippie and Norope did actually run and not just drink coffee. However, it looks like they came up a little short at just 2.81 miles. I'm sure they stopped several times for some pain stations.
I tell you what, Stromboli has some quick reflexes. That dude hopped up pretty fast when those sprinklers went off with him laying on his six!
Good to see Riverboat back out after Covid. Gotta love it that he complains everything hurts and not 100% and still smokes us!
