(No Whirlie or Riptide in the Pax list.  C'mon, men!)

Six slightly sleepy, elite F3 men emerged from their cars and onto the Village Green determined to kick the morning's workout straight in the booty.  One problem – where is the seventh guy?  Not Waldo.  Not Carmen San Diego.  You know, the one that was supposed to Q this morning?

Once it sank in that no Q was coming, we got ourselves together and YHC volunteered to Q.

Warmup – Standard stuff – SSH, IST, Mount Climbers, Windmill – enough time to come up with the first part of a workout!

After warmups we headed to the football stadium.  (OBC torched our arms on Tuesday so a return to the pavers or sandbags was out of the question!)

At the Stadium

  1. Stairway to Seven – Burpees, Pullups, and Incline Merkins at the bottom with squats at the top.  Start at one rep each and work up to seven reps each.
  2. Indian Run around the track
  3. Mary – LBC x 15 IC, H2H x 15 IC, Mason Twist x 15 IC, Jane Fonda x 10 IC each side
  4. Snake the Stairs with a twist.  At the top we alternated between a raccoon crawl on the top bench and a lunge walk.  Definitely increases the intensity of a snake!
  5. Another set of Mary and back to the Green

At the Green – Dips x 10 IC x 3 sets

COT – We specifically called out our injured brothers and asked for healing.  Also, Hyster and family are headed to Richmond to visit his oldest daughter in college this weekend – safe travels.

Moleskin – We made it work and had a good time.  Great group.  I love that no matter what the turnout, six like today or 30 like yesterday, the F3 model adapts and works.
