- Lunge Walk to trailer
- OH press x 9 IC
- Lunge walk to other trailer

Repeat this until OH press x 5 IC and 6 lunge walks.
Then go to the pull up bars for 5 rounds of Chelsea (5 pull ups, 10 merkins, 15 squats).
Mosey to the hill next to the school for 11s.
- 1 burpee at the bottom. 10 jump squats at the top. Continue until 10 burpees and 1 jump squat.
Quadraphelia up the hill and run down. Repeato x 3.
Run back to launch. Grab a second block. Farmers carry around the first parking loop. Every stop for rest = 5 merkins.

- Low flutter x 20 IC
- WWII x 15
Farmers carry loop. Every stop for rest = 10 merkins.
Put up blocks. Run to launch. Plank hold.
Recover. RECOVER.
MOLESKINE
- Toxic was there and was as toxic as ever. Strongest forearms in F3 though.
- Firestone clearly works out but may need to do some more Farmers carry and shoulder shrugs.
- Black Sox was pushing through a whiskey infused night but he still crushed it.
- Hippie makes 58 look young. Glad to have him out but not sure he was glad to be there.
- Kachow is a machine. However he did admit to getting a little dizzy. Hope you got back home in one piece!
