- Mosey to woods (while Scrappy so kindly carried the speaker)
- Cindy was ready for us in the woods. Only problem was we couldn't see her #lightswerebroke #legowaspissed
- Slow merkins between CBs that were laid out. Down slow count to ten, HOLD IT…and up. Repeato X 3.

- P1 = run around entire lot
- P2 = Farmer carry CB until P1 catches u

- Meet at wall with CB (thanks Lego for leading an exercise while we all got over there)
- Balls to Walls (BamBam – tell Watson not wearing gloves at a Ditka workout is not wise)

- Take blocks back to forest overhead until you get there #shoulderssmoked
- Monkey bars – up regular half way, turn around at the top, and backwards down
- To the lot
- Sprint to pull up bars
- Sprint back
- 1 minute of plank

- All pax were strong. After 30 burpees, and 2 rounds of curb crawls to get us started, the boys were tired, including YHC
