The rain was coming down pretty good, so good Bunyan suggested not doing a warmup lap.
Just as we started, Bam Bam text the Q asking to put on speaker as he was stuck in his garage with his little puppy. Unfortunately, the Q was using his phone for Tabata counting and 80’s rock music.
Caboose approved the music selection.
During the first round, the Q was worried the workout wasn’t fulfilling the needs of the pax. That quickly went south as we could have just stayed in the rain as the extra layerings began to be removed.
