Little did I know that when I used the word “rubbers” (as in bands) in my pre-blast that I would stir the middle school minds of the PAX. The boys came out this morning thinking Bedrock was a free clinic with a take home prize. Once everyone realized what YHC meant by rubbers we could all start the morning, we all moved on except our fearless MQ Possum whose middle school mind traveled back in time and brought up every middle school boy prophylactic joke. Outstanding.
This is what went down.
Mosey down to football field, picking up a rock on the way for future use.

-Airstream
Airstream – fantastic morning all around! Loved the variety with the rubbers, rope and rocks. Inspired by your truthful words during CoT about our responsibility to bring about change through our actions and that it starts with each of us.
Glad to leave all my immature middle achooler in me on the field after we left hahahah
Great workout Airstream. Thanks for the hip work to keep this old moving. That was a tough and fun workout.
Nice work by everyone! Hips everyone’s tight spot! Possum always a pleasure posting with you. Until next time!
Thanks for the excellent Q, brother! Whenever my uncle got mad at me for goldbricking, he would say: “You’re about as useful as a torn rubber.” Well, when I told you that my rubber was torn, you told me that it was still effective. Now I don’t know who to believe.
