YHC sent the PB last night, and was immediately questioned if I had the Q or Frontier had the Q? I triple checked and the calendar did show I was scheduled. With that settled, it was time to come up with a plan. I decided on the following and this is how it went:

We worked hard today, and pushed through the pain. Several 10 counts were needed between the reps as the upper sets were quite difficult. The last set of 100 chest press really challenged us. Jersey Boy, corrected me when I said we would try our best to get through the last set. He quickly said we would do, not try. Very Yoda like. And, we did. Great motivational speech JB.
Prayers up to all the brave men and women protecting our freedom as we start our Memorial Day weekend. Prayers for Lawn Dart and his sister Mary, who passed unexpectedly yesterday. Brother we are here for you and anything you need.
Bring the name of a fallen soldier to the MDM at 7:00 Monday and Jason’s Deli parking lot. See you there.
Until next time I SYITG
