6 pax braved the early stages of Helene to kick off their Thursday, probably in the hopes that we would see some lightning and head to Dunkin early. No such luck. Here’s the gist of what we did:
Mosey to Teeter lot near the tea shop and Pita Pit for warm-o-rama: SSH, TS, IST, LS, WM, etc. 10-12 reps of each IC.
Mosey to the Cain (JB drove due to his ACL surgery recovery)
3 rounds of 10 sticky step-ups, incline Mericans, and dips, all with 10 pulses immediately after, moseys in between, and a few core exercises thrown in. LB extension, side crunch, reach ups, etc.
Mosey back. A little more core, some stretching, and a few Mericans.
Recover, Recover
Moleskine:
- I didn’t really expect that many pax under the threat of rain, but we always seem to rise to the occasion. That thought of leaving the Q to sad clown brings out the best of us in bad weather.
- JB did his normal routine of off-color exercises, and I won’t repeat what we saw 🙂
- Took Thug back to Q School 101. He decided to pass the Q on a mosey, so we zagged when he zigged. Lesson learnt!
- Greyhound likes rain. Blackbeard does not. Shadow just puts his head down and works hard.
- Thanks all – and a great coffeeteria as usual. That’s always my favorite part.
I was just following Q’s instructions, “We are going to get wet, so we are avoiding cover” 🤷🏼♂️
All of my exercises were on-color, thank you very much.
